Architectural Visualization
I create photo-realistic exterior renders for architects, developers, and designers. These renders will have a focus on realistic materials, lighting, landscaping, and contextual environments that accurately represent each project. I will work with you along the journey in order to capture the mood, style, and angle that you want to achieve. My goal is to provide top-of-the-line renderings that keep up with the advanced technology of the present.
What I Need
Any of these file types can be sent to me and are compatible with my software
Rhino - .3dm (Preferred)
AutoCAD - .dwg/.dfx
Sketchup - .skp
Revit - .fbx
Other - .stl - .step - .3ds - .glb
There are many file types out there that are not listed that may work; I will check upon request.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You do not need to have a 3D model in order to receive this service. For example, given enough information, I could create a 3D model based off of 2D plans and sections that you provide for an additional cost.

Single Render . . . $500
*Additional renders of the same project will only be $250 each*
Model from scratch . . . ~$500
*Depending on the quality of your files as well as other factors, the modeling price is negotiable and may lower*
Turnaround
